For Durability and Environmental certifications bonuses, the supporting documentation will be valid up to 2 years. For styles placed onto the market in year N, the supporting documentation must date from the current year N or from the previous year N-1. For a reference product placed on the market during two consecutive years (N and N+1), the supporting documentation remains valid for year N + 1. In year N+2 new supporting documentation must be provided.

There are two possible cases for Durability eco-modulation:

• Case n°1: Your product is one of the new products/categories recently included in the “Sustainability” eco-modulation scheme: supporting documents are valid for 2 years. Consequently: for references marketed in 2025, the supporting documents must date from 2024 or 2025. For a reference marketed in two consecutive years (2025 and 2026), the supporting documents will also be valid for 2026. Thus, references validated in 2025 will remain valid in 2026, and no new proof will be required.
• Case n°2: Your product was included in the “Sustainability” eco-modulation scheme in 2024: the supporting documents are valid for 1 year.

For references marketed in 2025, the proofs must date from 2024 or 2025. For a reference marketed in two consecutive years (2025 and 2026), receipts will no longer be valid in 2026. From 2026 onwards, new supporting documents will have to be supplied. Thus, references newly validated in 2024 will remain valid in 2025, and no further proof will be required.

For the incorporation of raw recycled materials bonus, written statements must be renewed each year.
