The Refashion’s Industrial Challenge eligible projects must concern the recycling of non-reusable used CHF (clothing, household linen or footwear) from household consumption and collected in France.

Projects must have a TRL (Technology Readiness Level) between 7 and 9, corresponding to the stage from industrial demonstrator to marketed system.

Projects must focus on one of the following strategic areas:

• Industrial solutions for automated sorting for material and colour recognition, and preprocessing for recycling of non-reusable post-consumer textiles and footwear
• Industrial solutions for recycling non-reusable post-consumer textiles and footwear
• Incorporation of recycled materials into semi-finished or finished products on an industrial scale
