The projects must concern the recycling of non-reusable used CHF (clothing, household linen or footwear) from household consumption and collected in France.

Projects focusing on the recycling of production off-cuts, unsold goods, professional clothing, etc. are not eligible, unless these products can be combined with the recycling of post-consumer CHF in the same process. 

In this case, the projects concerned must give priority to the recycling of post-consumer CHF.
