The project leader may be based in France or abroad, there is no nationality requirement. However, they must propose a solution that can be applied in Europe using post-consumer feedstock collected in France.

The Industrial Challenge is aimed at sorting operators, material preprocessors for recycling, recyclers and incorporators of recycled raw materials.
