Your customer has not sold any TLC on the French market in 2024 and would like to terminate his contract with Refashion.
To terminate your customer's contract, please follow the steps below:
- You cannot use the Extranet to make your 2025 declaration on your products placed into the market in 2024, since "0" part declarations are not authorized. On the other hand, in order to complete your termination request, it is imperative that you provide us with a document justifying the cessation of your activity in 2024 (any official legal document or a detailed, dated and signed affidavit).
- Once we've received this proof, Refashion will issue a credit note against the 2024 invoice that your customer paid last year. This is to regularize the year 2024. Please note that the administrative costs and the ADEME 2024 fee are still due, since we generated an IDU for him for this calendar year. You must also fill in the RIB (bank details identification code) in your member area, which will enable Refashion to reimburse the amount due.
- Once Refashion has reimbursed him for the contribution called in January 2024 minus the 2024 fee, we will be able to definitively proceed with your termination. His IDU number will then be deactivated.
If your client has no sales to declare for 2024 but wishes to resume business in 2025, we invite you to contact our Hotline and let them know the list of your affected customers. Our process is currently being defined, and we'll get back to you.
The 2025 declaration does not need to be filled in (based on actual volumes sold in 2024), since "0" part declarations are not allowed in the system.
Please note that your customer will receive an invoice for the 2025 call for funds, with administrative costs and the ADEME fee to pay, as he wishes to maintain his activity and his IDU number. He will have to declare his actual quantities marketed for 2025 during the January 2026 declaration campaign, otherwise his IDU will be deactivated.
