Your client has not made any sales on the French market in 2023 and wish to terminate his contract with Refashion. To terminate the contract, please follow the steps below:

1. You cannot proceed to your 2024 declaration on actual 2023 marketings, as "0" items declarations are not permitted. In order to complete your termination request, we need you to provide us with a document proving that your activity stopped in 2023 (any official legal document or a detailed, dated and signed sworn statement).
2. Once we have received this document, Refashion will issue a credit note against the 2023 invoice he paid last year. This is to regularize the year 2023. Please note that the administrative costs and the ADEME fee for 2023 are still due, as we have generated an UIN for your client for this calendar year. You must also fill in the bank details on its member extranet account to enable Refashion to reimburse him.
3. Once Refashion has reimbursed him for the contribution called in January 2023 minus the 2023 fees, we will be able to terminate its contract. Its UIN number will then be deactivated.
