You have ceased sales on the French market in 2023 and wish to terminate your contract with Refashion. however you have put on the market CHF in France before ceasing your activity. To terminate the contract, please follow the steps below:

1. Log on to your Extranet account and declare the actual volumes you marketed in 2023 before you stopped your activity; in order to clear your account and following your declaration of the call for funds in January 2023, we need to know the actual volumes you marketed during the year 2023.
2. Following your 2024 declaration of your actual 2023 marketings, Refashion will cancel the 2024 call for funds but you will receive either a credit note or an invoice depending on the declared quantities sold over 2023. Please proceed to the payment of the invoice if applicable. If you receive a credit note because you sold less than the January 2023 estimation, please make sure to fill in the bank details on your member extranet account, which will enable Refashion to reimburse you the amount due.
3. We will be able to definitively terminate your contract once the account balance is zero. To do this, we also need you to provide us with a document justifying the cessation of your activity (any official legal document or a detailed, dated and signed sworn statement). Your UIN will then be deactivated.
