You ceased your sales on the French market in 2024 and wish to terminate your contract with Refashion. However, you sold TLC on the French market in 2024 before ceasing your activity.

To cancel your contract, please follow the steps below:

1. Log on to your Extranet space and declare the actual volume you placed into the market in 2024 before stopping your activity; in order to settle your account and following your declaration of the call for funds in January 2024, we need to know the actual volumes you placed into the market during the year 2024.
2. Following this 2025 declaration of your product placed into the market in 2024, Refashion will cancel your 2025 call for funds invoice but you will receive either a balance credit invoice or a balance invoice depending on the declared quantities sold over 2024. You are required to pay the balance invoice if applicable. If you receive a balance credit invoice because you sold less than the January 2024 estimate, please make sure you fill in the RIB on your Member Extranet account, which will enable Refashion to reimburse you the amount due.
3. We will be able to proceed with the final cancellation once your accounting balance is zero. To do this, we also need you to provide us with a document justifying the cessation of its activity (any official legal document or a detailed, dated and signed affidavit). Your IDU number will then be deactivated.
