Your customer has not made any CHF sales on the French market in 2025 and wishes to terminate their contract with Refashion. In order to terminate their contract, please follow these steps:
- You cannot use the Extranet to submit their 2026 declaration for actual sales in 2025, as declarations with "0" items are not permitted. However, in order to complete your termination request, we require you to provide us with a document proving that you ceased your activities in 2025 (any official legal document or a detailed, dated, and signed sworn statement).
- Once this proof has been received, Refashion will issue a credit note for the 2025call for funds invoice that your client paid last year. This is in order to regularize the year 2025. Please note that the administrative fees and the 2025 ADEME fee remain due, as we have generated an UIN for this calendar year. You must also fill in the bank details in your Member Area so that Refashion can refund the amount due.
- Once Refashion has reimbursed them for the contribution called for in January 2025, minus the 2025 fees, we will be able to proceed with your cancellation. Their UIN number will then be deactivated.
