All operators under contract with the eco-organisation have a duty to take back your clothing, household linen and footwear in not good or worn condition (providing that they are not stained with paint or to chemicals). In the event of refusal please let us know and will communicate the information to the operator concerned. During this time you can deposit your textiles and footwear in another self-deposit bank near to you.
