Once Refashion has validated your registration, the Signatory indicated on the company profile will automatically receive a link by e-mail to sign the contract electronically.

Online electronic signature of the contract is the only possible option. We cannot accept contracts sent in PDF or other formats.

Once the contract has been signed, the Declarant (if different from the Signatory) will receive an e-mail informing him that the contract has been signed. He/she will then be able to make the required declarations.

As a reminder, the Declarant is Refashion's main correspondent and the only one with access to the Extranet.
