In 2024, the declaration schedule is as follows:

From January 15 to February 29: Online declaration of actual volumes marketed in 2023

From January 15 to March 29: Invoicing and payment

• The balance of the 2023 eco-contribution call for funds (on 2023 marketings)
• The 2024 eco-contribution call for funds (on estimated 2024 marketings*) *estimated by Refashion based on actual 2023 volumes

For any declaration and payment of eco-contribution after the deadline, late payment penalties, defined in the contract, will be applied.

You must declare your marketings by logging on to your account on the Extranet: adherent.refashion.fr (available in english).

As a reminder, the Declarant is Refashion's main correspondent and is the only person with access to the Extranet who can make declarations.

Declarations" tab, then "make the declaration(s) requested". Follow the procedure in the extranet, and finalize. You will then receive an e-mail confirming that your declaration has been finalized.

Please note: If you do not receive this e-mail, your declaration has not been finalized and is therefore not validated by Refashion.
