The declaration of products eligible for eco-modulations is now separate from the declaration of the volumes put on the market and from the invoicing of eco-contributions.

In accordance with the specifications, the following eco-modulations will be applied to the volumes of items put on the market from January 1st, 2023:

• Bonuses for the product sustainability (durability),
• Bonuses for obtaining certain environmental labels,
• Bonuses related to the incorporation of raw materials from recycling.

Producers will be able to benefit from this bonus, after validation by Refashion of specific documents and proofs for each eco-modulation.

The bonuses are defined as amounts per piece or per ton according to the eco-modulations. Under certain conditions, eco-modulations can be combined for the same product.
