According to the Decree n°2021-835 of June 29, 2021, and following the validation of the «info-tri» sorting by the authorities, companies have until February 1^st, 2023 to affix the new sorting sign on products.

They benefit from an additional period of time until August 1^st, 2023 for products manufactured/ imported before February 1^st, 2023.
