Refashion proposes 2 types of declarations:

• The simplified declaration: optional for the members not declaring products eligible for the eco-modulations and with volumes lower than 5,000 items/year.
• The detailed declaration: mandatory for members declaring products eligible for eco-modulations and/or with volumes greater than 5,000 items/year.
