The declaration is annual and must be done online on our Extranet : adherent.refashion.fr (available in english).

The call for eco-fees funds for year N is based on a forecast of marketings for year N, drawn up by Refashion.

In 2025, estimated marketings are equal to the volumes declared for 2025. The actual quantities marketed in 2025 will be adjusted in the first quarter of 2026.

For marketers starting their activity from January 2025, you must make an estimated declaration of your marketings for 2025. At the beginning of 2026, you will declare the actual volumes marketed in 2025 in order to regularize the 2025 eco-fees call for funds.
