In order to change the manager of an existing marketer in our database, and so that we can change the Declarant contact on the Extranet and give you access to this marketer's account, please provide us with the following supporting documents:

1. An email (in English) from the company's legal representative, addressed to the former facilitator, requesting the termination of their previous POA (Power of Attorney)
2. The Excel file detailing the address transfer
3. The new POA (in French or English) designating the new facilitator for the management of this marketer on our CHF network:

Please note that each POA must have the exact title National Identification Number or Intra-Community VAT Number or SIRET Number_company name.

We require all of these documents for each transfer request made.

Please note that without all of these supporting documents, we will not proceed with the account transfer.
