From February 1, 2026, to February 28, 2026, you can declare eco-modulated quantities for items placed on the market in 2025 and validated by Refashion.

To do so, you have access to the summary file of references validated for 2025, which can be downloaded exclusively from your member Extranet. 

In this file:

• You will find one tab per type of eco-modulation. 
• You must fill in the "2025 Markets" column using whole numbers only.

Once completed, you can re-submit this file to a dedicated space on your member Extranet and validate your declaration. This space dedicated to eco-modulation will be open in February.

You will be able to submit your declaration of eco-modulated quantities provided you have submitted your 2026 declaration for products placed on the market in 2025.
