Refashion monitors projects through follow-up meetings at each project milestone. When the partnership agreement is signed, the deliverables for each phase of the project are defined together (between the project owner and Refashion).

Payment of financial support is conditional on submission and validation of these deliverables:

• The results of the LCA carried out as part of the project
• A guide for sharing lessons learned. Once validated by Refashion, this document will be published and distributed to the industry.
• Deliverables specific to each project
• Proof of expenditure
