Collection is carried out by operators that are independent from Refashion. In order to warn the operator concerned and to remedy the problem, here are the steps to take:

1. Go to the map of collection points on our website.
2. Find the collection point in question on the map and click on it: you can then click on "report".
3. You'll be able to choose between: introuvable (not found), plein (full), vandalisé ou dégradé (vandalize or damaged), autre (other)
