For local authorities:
1. Go to the website: TERRITEO
2.Create an account on TERRITEO
3. Ask to enter in contact with Refashion
4. Your request is sent to the Refashion teams for validation
5. Once it has been validated you can access your account.

For public stakeholders:
"Public stakeholder" is understood as any public supervisory bodies or those managing waste at a regional or county level but not having the capacity of a waste management public service. These are in particular: French Regional Directorates for the Environment and Housing (DREAL), Regional French Environment and Energy Agencies (ADEME), Regional Councils, Regional waste Watchdog bodies, County Councils.
