If you carry out collection, you must submit a request for an agreement as a DPAV or DPAV ESS, depending on your legal status. 

The agreement scheme for reuse operators is only accessible to Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) operators. 

To start an agreement process, you must already be under agreement as a DPAV ESS. If that is already the case, you will receive a reminder email for implementing your agreement for the Traceability Support. 

We will make every effort to ensure that you can be under agreement by the closing date of the annual Second-hand Call for Projects so that this does not disadvantage your application.
