To request an agreement, you must: 

• Be able to provide evidence of an agreement with Refashion as a Holder of Voluntary Drop-off Points (DPAV) if you carry out collection. 
• Be able to demonstrate Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) status (associations, foundations, cooperatives, mutual societies, social-purpose commercial companies). 
• Be a reuse operator. 
• Have a SIRET number. 
• Have at least 1 ton per year of incoming material for reuse. 
• Ensure that the distance as-the-crow-flies (straight-line) between the drop-off site for used CHF and the reuse site is less than 300 km.
