The Declarant is the only one having an account and an access to the extranet.

• The Declarant: the only one who has an access to the extranet. He or she will proceeds to the ecocontribution declaration and receives all the information e-mails linked to the declaration. He or she will also be able to sign the contract if he or she does not designate a signatory other than himself or herself.
• The Signatory: only he/she may sign the Member contract. He or she is the company's legal representative, or his or her agent if authorized.
• In charge of invoices: the correspondent who receives invoices by e-mail and reminders in the event of unpaid invoices, declaring copy

You can also add a CSR manager and any other useful contact who wishes to receive information from Refashion. The declarant has all the roles if he/she does not designate another profile, but it is mandatory to have a second different contact "other useful contact".
