The Second-hand Calls for Projects are a funding scheme created by Refashion in 2023 to support stakeholders in the textile sector in developing innovative, structuring projects for second-hand.

The aim is to strengthen citizens’ confidence in buying second-hand products and to develop an attractive, local second-hand textile market in France, by supporting projects that extend the lifespan of textiles and footwear.

This scheme is open to all eligible stakeholders in the sector.
