- Projects involving products that fall outside the scope of the CHF EPR (Clothing textiles, Household linen and Footwear) scheme (unsold items, deadstock, professional textiles, production scraps, post-industrial waste, peer-to-peer exchanges,…), or involving CHF collected and/or sorted by actors not contracted with Refashion;
- Upcycling activities: any activity that is not repairing or reconditioning, and that aims to transform the product through customization, resizing, transformation of used CHF into another CHF product (with a function different from the initial one) or other;
- Rental activities of new or used CHF;
- Sale and distribution activities of new or used CHF;
- Public awareness projects (e.g., workshops);
- Collection and sorting activities (e.g., creation of a new sorting center, new warehouse, equipment such as sorting tables, baling presses, etc.) and over-sorting (sorting of CHF by color and/or material for recycling);
- Projects involving the creation of new reuse structures.
