The Refashion team makes its selection and submits a recommendation to the Refashion Board. The Refashion Board makes the final decision on whether or not to accept the project and the proposed funding.

The following elements will be analyzed (non-exhaustive list):

- Innovation section (TRL 1-6): Nature and potential volumes of CHF impacted by the project, innovation potential; environmental benefits; project implementation; post-

project deployment plan and outlets; clarity of financing; quality of multidisciplinary Competences and project management efficiency; strategic interest for the sector.

- Industrialization section (TRL (7-8): Volumes and nature of additional CHF recovered at the start, during (with each deliverable) and at the end of the project; industrial and commercial outlets; technological maturity and reliability; economic viability and financial soundness; organization and resources mobilized; overall environmental impact; strategic interest for the sector; prevention and management of secondary waste; complementarity and coherence of funding mobilized.
