Proposals for R&D partnerships can be submitted as early as July 2, 2025, with no closing date. Refashion reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close the program if the budget ceiling is reached, or for any other management reason. Information on any suspension or closure will be posted on the Refashion website and the Agorize platform.

However, Refashion has an annual calendar budget (from January to December) allocated by component (INNOVATION section and INDUSTRIALISATION section). Once this annual budget has been used up, Refashion will no longer be able to support projects in the same year.
