Tests and requirements may vary depending on the type of product.

Therefore, we remind you that this information must be included in the test reports.

As a reminder, below is a non-exhaustive list of information that must be included in the reports:

• report identification number + report date
• name of the company which placed the products into the market
• reference name/code + name/code of the colors concerned
• product description (product type, size, shelf, etc.)
• type of construction (knit/C&T) + exact composition of the product
• photo of the tested product (flat, on a hanger or on a mannequin)
• If changes are made to version 1 of the report, subsequent versions must detail the updated elements and the source of the update + revision date
