The penalty will apply in the same way as the other penalties. For the year in which products are placed on the market, year n, the marketer must register all of its product-colour references subject to penalties during year n in the Excel table that will be made available by Refashion. In year n+1, when declaring the volumes placed on the market in year n, it will indicate the number of units placed on the market for each reference. This is therefore the same process as for the other Eco-modulations.
