If you are a marketer and none of your products placed on the market in 2026 has a D score lower than or equal to 0.8, you will simply need to sign a sworn statement on your Member Extranet in early 2027, when declaring your volumes placed on the market in 2026.
This sworn statement will take the form of a simple checkbox.
