If you are a marketer and you place products subject to penalties on the market in 2026, then:
Phase 1: Registration of references subject to penalties during the last quarter of 2026 and until the opening of the volume declaration campaign in mid-January 2027.
Phase 2: Declaration and control of eco-modulated quantities (1st quarter 2027)
Phase 3: Invoicing of penalties by Refashion
