Law No. 2020-105 of February 10, 2020, on waste reduction and the circular economy (AGEC) gives a major boost to the ecological transition. It marks an important step for the CHF sector (textiles, clothing, household linen, and footwear), which is firmly committed to sustainable development, and complements the initiatives already taken in this direction.

The terms and conditions for the application of the AGEC law are being established on an ongoing basis through regulatory provisions (decrees and orders).
