Since 1 January 2022, the Anti-Waste and Circular Economy Law of 10 February 2020 prohibits the disposal of unsold textile items and footwear.

To recycle your unused stockpile (defects, unsold items, production off-cuts, etc.) contact the collection operators directly (those who have self-deposit banks), sorting operators under agreement with Refashion or garnett operators in France.

Refashion also provides a directory of solutions for your unsold items (reuse, donation, recycling, upcycling, etc.)
