The AGEC Law requires producers to establish and implement a waste prevention and eco-design plan for the products that it places onto the market. Writing one per sector or per eco-organisation is not necessarily required.

However, the PPEC form proposed this year (2026) by Refashion focuses specifically on the CHF sector. It is therefore strongly recommended that you complete this form for your CHF products.
