Bonuses will be paid and penalties invoiced by Refashion starting from the 2nd semester of of the following year after placing on the market (i.e. payment in 2027 for references placed on the market in 2026) at the latest, after checking the quantities declared for eco-modulated references.

The total amount of eco-modulations received by a marketer depends on:

• The type of eco-modulation requested.
• The volumes marketed.
• For certain eco-modulations, the category to which the product belongs, for which there may be a multiplying factor.
• The amount of the product’s eco-fee, if it is subject to a penalty.

Note that a product subject to a penalty will not be eligible for a bonus.
