The pre-registration period for references and submission of supporting documents runs from February 1 to November 30 of year N. To do this, you must:
- Create an account on the Zendesk tool
- Submit supporting documents via a page dedicated to reference declarations (one declaration per eco-modulation)

In order to streamline operations, we recommend that you submit your reference declarations every month, and at least once per quarter.
For each reference declaration, you can send us supporting documents for several references. A form (in Excel format) must be attached to each request, allowing you to list all the references concerned.
No supporting documents are required for the pre-registration of products subject to penalties. However, you will be asked to provide a sworn statement when declaring your eco-modulated quantities in N+1.
