For marketers starting their business on or after January 1, 2026, here is the 2026 procedure that applies in your case:

Please note that this procedure does not apply to you if you register/regularize your status with Refashion in 2026 but your CHF sales activity began before January 1, 2026. In this case, please refer to the FAQ "How do I register and regularize my status with the eco-organization?"

1. Your registration must be validated by Refashion: adherent.refashion.fr
2. Your contract must be signed
3. Go to your Extranet space where you must submit your 2026 declaration. This declaration will automatically be set to "0" items since you are just starting your business. Once your declaration has been validated, you will receive a "Membership fees" invoice: your eco-fee will be €0 for this year, but you must pay the administrative fees + the ADEME fee 
4. Once these fees have been paid, you will be in compliance and you will be able to obtain your UIN number (Unique Identification Number).
5. In January 2027, you will have to declare your volumes sold on the French market throughout 2026. You will be invoiced and will have to pay your eco-fee (2 invoices: 2026 sales and 2027 call for funds).

Declaring your volumes at the beginning of 2027 is mandatory. If you do not do so, your UIN number will be deactivated at the end of the declaration period in March 2027.
