Here is the schedule for the 2026 declaration:
January 14 to February 28: Online declaration of actual volumes placed on the market in 2025
January 14 to March 31: Invoicing and payment
- Balance of the 2025 eco-fee call for funds (on 2025 sales)
- And the 2026 eco-fee call for funds (on estimated 2026 sales)
You have until March 31, 2026, inclusive, to pay your invoices.
For any eco-fee declarations and payments made after the deadline, late payment penalties, as defined in the contract, will be applied.
