Between January 14 and February 28, 2026, following the declaration of actual sales for 2025, you will receive two accounting documents:
- An invoice or credit note based on the 2025 call for funds (using the 2025 scale)
- A 2026 call for funds invoice (based on the 2026 scale)
The 2026 eco-fee call for funds is calculated as follows =
Estimated volume placed on the market in 2026* x 2026 scale, including repair fund
+ Administrative costs
+ ADEME fees
*Estimate established by Refashion based on actual 2025 volumes
Your invoices will be sent to you by email (once your declaration has been submitted) to the address indicated on your Extranet space (to the declarant and to the person "in charge of receiving invoices" if different). Please note that invoices will not be sent by post. Invoices can also be downloaded from your Extranet space, under the "Your Invoices and Certificates" tab.
Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice by email. Members who have paid a call for funds in 2025 will receive an invoice or credit note to settle their 2025 eco-fee, as well as their new call for funds for 2026. If a credit note is issued, the amount can be deducted from your 2026 call for funds invoice.
You can pay by bank transfer, credit card (≤ €15,000), or PayPal (≤ €15,000) directly online from your member Extranet account.
