Once Refashion has validated your registration, the signatory listed on the company profile will automatically receive an email containing a link to sign the contract electronically.

The online electronic signature of the contract is the only option available. We cannot accept contracts sent in PDF or other formats.

After the contract has been signed, the Declarant (if different from the Signatory) will receive an email informing them that the contract has been signed. They will then be able to make the required declarations.

As a reminder, the Declarant is Refashion's main contact and is the only person with access to the Extranet.
