The declaration is annual and must be done online on our Extranet : adherent.refashion.fr (available in english).

The call for eco-fees funds for year N is based on a forecast of marketings for year N, drawn up by Refashion.

In 2025, estimated marketings are equal to the volumes declared for 2025. The actual quantities marketed in 2025 will be adjusted in the first quarter of 2026.

For merchants starting up their business from January 2025, your declaration will automatically be set to “0” pieces, since you are starting up your business. At the beginning of 2026, you will declare the actual volumes marketed in 2025 in order to regularize the 2025 eco-fees call for funds.

The marketer, whether he is a manufacturer, distributor or importer, must declare all his products sold on the French market (including Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Reunion Island, Mayotte, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Martin), regardless of the sales channel used (marketplace, website, own stores, corner, franchisees, discounters). Donations and internal sales must also be reported.

Foreign companies selling in France or in the Dom-Com are also subject to the ERP law and must declare their marketing.

Here is the timetable for the 2025 declaration:

From January 15 to February 28: Online declaration of actual volumes placed into the market in 2024

From January 15 to March 31: Invoicing and payment

• The balance of the 2024 eco-fees call for funds (on products placed into the market in 2024)
• The 2025 eco-fees call for funds (on estimated volume placed into the market in 2024*)

You must declare your sales by logging on to your space on the extranet: adherent.refashion.fr

• Tab to "Your declarations", then to "Declarations to be processed", click on "Start".
• Follow the procedure in the extranet, and finalize. You will then receive an e-mail confirming that your declaration has been finalized
