The declaration is annual and must be completed online on our Extranet site: adherent.refashion.fr

The call for eco-fee funds for year N is based on a forecast of sales for year N, established by Refashion.

In 2026, the estimated sales are equal to the volumes declared for 2025. The actual quantities sold in 2026 will be adjusted in the first quarter of 2027.

For marketers starting their activity from January 2026, your declaration will automatically be "0" items since you are just starting your activity. At the beginning of 2027, you will declare the actual volumes placed on the market in 2026 in order to adjust the call for funds for the 2026 eco-fee.

Marketers, whether manufacturers, distributors, or importers, must declare all their sales on the French market (including Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, and Saint Martin), regardless of the sales channel used (marketplace, site, own stores, corners, franchisees, discount stores).. Rental products, donations, and sales to staff must also be declared.

Foreign companies selling on the French market* are also subject to the REP law and must declare their sales.

Here is the 2026 reporting schedule:

January 14 to February 28: Online reporting of actual volumes marketed in 2025.

January 14 to March 31: Invoicing and payment:

• Balance of the 2025 eco-fee call for funds (on 2025 sales) 
• And the 2026 eco-fee call for funds (on estimated 2026 sales*)

For any eco-fee declarations and payments made after the deadline, late penalties, as defined in the contract, will be applied.

You must declare your sales on the Refashion extranet by logging into your account: adherent.refashion.fr 

Go to the "Your declarations" tab, then "Declarations to be processed," and click on "Start."

Follow the procedure on the extranet and finalize. You will then receive an email confirming that your declaration has been finalized.

Please note: If you do not receive this email, your declaration may not be validated by Refashion. We therefore invite you to check your Member Extranet space to ensure that it has been successfully submitted.
