You ceased sales on the French market in 2025 and wish to terminate your contract with Refashion. However, you sold CHFs on the French market in 2025 before ceasing your business activity.

In order to terminate your contract, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Extranet account and declare the actual volumes you placed on the market in 2025 before ceasing your activity. In order to settle your account and following your declaration of the call for funds in January 2025, we need to know the actual volumes you placed on the market during 2025. 
2. Following this 2026 declaration of your actual 2025 sales, Refashion will cancel your 2026 call for funds invoice, but you will receive either a credit note or a balance invoice based on the quantities declared as sold in 2025. Thank you. You are required to pay the balance invoice if applicable. If you receive a balance credit invoice because you sold less than the January 2025 estimate, please be sure to fill in your bank details on your Member Extranet account so that Refashion can refund you the amount due. 
3. We will be able to proceed with the final termination once your account balance is zero. To do this, we also need you to provide us with a document proving the cessation of your activity (any official legal document or a detailed, dated, and signed sworn statement). Your UIN number will then be deactivated.
