You have not sold any TLC on the French market in 2025and wish to terminate your contract with Refashion. To cancel your contract, please follow the steps below:

1. You cannot use the Extranet to make your 2026 declaration on actual 2025 marketings, since "0" part declarations are not authorized. On the other hand, in order to complete your termination request, it is imperative that you provide us with a document justifying the cessation of your activity in 2024 (any official legal document or a detailed, dated and signed affidavit).
2. Once we have received this proof, Refashion will issue a credit note for the 2025 call invoice you paid last year. This is to regularize the year 2025. Please note that the administrative costs and the ADEME 2025 fee are still due, as we have generated an IDU for you for this calendar year. You must also fill in the RIB in your member area, which will enable Refashion to reimburse you the amount due.
3. Once Refashion has reimbursed you for the contribution called in January 2025 minus the 2025 fees, we will be able to definitively proceed with your termination. Your IDU number will then be deactivated.
