The objectives assigned to Refashion are defined by the State, under the joint supervision of the Ministry of Ecological Transition and the Ministry of Economy. They are formalized in an official agreement, accompanied by regulatory specifications.

Before being published, these objectives are subject to public consultation with all stakeholders in the sector (collectors, recyclers, marketers, institutions, ADEME, citizens, etc.) in order to best reflect priorities in terms of textile and footwear waste reduction and management.
