The public authorities announced in May 2025 the upcoming reopening of the specifications for approval for the EPR for Clothing, Household Linen and Footwear (CHF). Several discussions and consultation meetings with public authorities and different stakeholders have taken place and continue to do so.
Below are the next steps for this revision of the specifications :
- Publication of the first version of the specifications
- Public consultation for 3 weeks from the publication of the first version
- Publication of the final version of the specifications
- Application for approval from the eco-organization
- Response from the public authorities and approval of the eco-organization
The dates for the different steps are not yet known. In the meantime, as part of its approval for the 2023-2028 period, Refashion ensures the continuity of its activities and current operations.
