On May 19, Agnès Pannier-Runacher, Minister for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity, Forests, the Sea, and Fisheries, initiated a review of the specifications for the EPR sector for clothing, household linen, and footwear (CHF) with a view to bringing them into effect in January 2026.

Refashion, the sector's eco-organization, welcomes the opening of these discussions and presents its Re_Actt project, which aims to build a more resilient, efficient, and sustainable CHF sector.
