Refashion is the eco-organization approved by the French government for the Clothing, Household linen and Footwear (CHF) sector. It is responsible for implementing extended producer responsibility (EPR) in this sector. On behalf of the companies that market these products, it ensures the prevention and management of the end-of-life of these items.
Refashion is a private, non-profit organization, but is approved by the government. It acts within the framework of a delegated public service mission.
In 2024, Refashion has 14,120 member companies and 3.50 billion items declared.
Refashion's actions are funded by eco-fees paid by brands subject to extended producer responsibility (EPR) for the Clothing, Household linen and Footwear (CHF) sector.
