Using plastic bags guarantees the protection of deposited clothing, household linen or footwear and enables these to be more easily handled by operators.  A more practical way to transport them does not currently exist. This also enables plastic bags to be reused before they are thrown away. Some operators have even implemented processes to recycle these.
