Collection and sorting are carried out by operators that are independent from Refashion. We cannot therefore guarantee the we will be able to return the item to you. We advise that you contact the collection operator as quickly as possible on the telephone number that is shown on the container and notify that an error has been made.
However please note that depending on the date at which you lost your item, there is little chance that you will recover it. Indeed, sorting operators may receive more than 100 bags to sort per day and it is difficult for them to locate a particular object.
